| 摘 要： | 虚拟学习社区具有自发、自管、自调的特点,与自组织理论的基本内涵呈现极强的内在耦合性,如果社区中的学习者建构合理的身份认同与自我效能感、又具有一定规模的参与人数、发表的作品及跟贴达到一定数量、社区中教师具备沟通智慧与反思习惯、社区中的知识权威和意见领袖发挥影响、教育主体之间建立有效的心理契约这几方面满足了耗散结构的产生条件,虚拟学习社区就会出现自组织的特征,由无序走向有序,形成非线性复杂系统。

| Abstract: | Virtual learning community shows limilar to the self-organizing system with the characteristics of spontaneous self-management and self-adjusting.It will appear to self-organizing features and form into nonlinear complex systems if the learners' rational identity and self-efficacy,number of participants and works,the teachers' communication skills and reflections,authority's influence,the subjects' psychological contract are eligible. |
