| 摘 要： | 音乐、美术教育教学是学校全面实施素质教育的重要途径之一。音乐美术教师的专业基础理论和基本技能水平直接影响学校的艺术教学的质量。青海省音乐、美术教师基本功比赛不仅给教师们提供了展示个人专业技能水平的平台，同时也是对本省艺术教育教学水平的一次检验。针对比赛中存在的具有普遍性的问题，本文进行分析，并提出了一些建议，目的在于进一步提高音乐、美术教师的整体素质与水平，推进青海艺术教育与教学的发展，使每一位学生都能够享受到艺术教育给他们带来的美感与快乐。
