| 摘 要： | 区域发展要具有可持续性，就必须有一种度量监测可控制发展趋势的有效方法，以此评价可持续发展政策和措施的实施效果，本通过建立多层次分析与多目标综合测度模型，对区域可持续发展能力的评价指标体系与方法进行了探讨，并以四川省区域可持续发展评价为例，在大量统计数量基础上，求算出四川2000年可持续发展水平评价值，总结出四川省2000年可持续发展水平较1995年有了较大幅度的提高。

| Abstract: | According to multiple hierarchies and comprehensive measurement model, this paper inquires into the index system and method of regional sustainable development evaluation .Based on many statistics data, the sustainable economic development capacity, the sustainable eco-environmental development capacity, the sustainable social development capacity in Sichuan Province region are all calculated taking Sichuan Province for example. Then the whole sustainable development capacity was worked out. Sichuan sustainable development capacity in 2000 year was greatly improved in 1995 year. |
