| 摘 要： | 建设一支党性坚强、作风优良的纪检监察干部队伍，对于充分履行纪检监察职能，深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，促进社会和谐，具有十分重要的意义。对纪检监察干部队伍在党性、党纪和党风方面存在的问题进行调研，分析了原因，并就如何解决提出了对策。
