| 摘 要： | 加强大学生职业素质的培养是社会主义市场经济发展的需要。作为高职学生怎样才能顺利完成由一名大学生到一名合格的社会人的角色上的转变,这对学校人才培养模式提出了更高的要求。当前,高职学生还存在着思想道德、心理、创新能力等方面的问题。加强高职学生职业素质教育要从重视学生职业道德教育,加强学生心理素质培养,职业指导与职业素质教育相结合,把职业素质教育融入到专业教学中去等方面着手。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the professional quality cultivation of college students is the demand of socialist marketing economy. It is a high require for school to help students transit smoothly from a college student to a social man. Currently, college students still have many problems such as morality, psychology, creativity. In order to improve their professional quality, we should pay more attention to professional ethics education and psychological quality. In addition, we should also combine vocational guidance with professional quality education and integrate professional quality education into their major education. |
