摘    要:苏霍姆林斯基在长期的教育实践中形成了颇具特色的教育管理思想,即"教育思想治校"思想。其实质是:对学校实行教育领导;依靠教育信念团结全体教师;组织教师进行创造性劳动;提高教师素养,加强教师队伍建设。这些思想对我国当前的教育实践具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:During his long educational practice,Suhomulinsky developed a distinctive thought of educational management--administering a school by educational thoughts.It has the following substance:carry out educational leading in schools,unite all teachers with educational faith,organize teachers to work creatively,improve teachers'quality,strengthen the construction of the contingent of teachers.The thoughts have a great guiding significance to the current educational practice in our country.
