| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、逻辑分析与演绎等研究方法，对生态体育的自然与社会属性进行了探讨与分析。归纳自然属性中的回归与尊重自然、注重个人的生理与心理健康规律；总结社会属性中多方位的平衡与和谐，明确生态体育过程中的责任与意识，进而确定了生态体育的涵义。指出生态体育是现代体育发展的方向，我们应追寻体育自然、社会与其自身的本源价值与意义。
