摘    要:以钛酸四正丁酯、无水乙醇为原料,微波加热法制备Ti O2溶胶,采用浸渍提拉法,在普通玻璃上镀膜,对其防雾性能进行测试.结果表明:微波场作用使反应体系均匀迅速地升温,加快了反应速度,大大提高了实验效率.与常规水热合成相比,微波合成在较短的时间内形成了Ti O2溶胶,且防雾效果良好.

Abstract:The TiO2 sols are prepared by the method of microwave heating in which tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol as the materials, then pull the films on the common glass substrates by dip-coating method. The anti-fogging property of the films is tested. The results show that, the microwave can lead the reaction system warming uniformity, which can enhance the response speed, and improve the efficiency of the experiment greatly. Compare with the conventional hydrothermal synthesis method, the microwave synthesis has a great efficiency on the synthesis of TiO2 sol, and it has a better anti-fogging effect.
