| 摘 要： | 以江西现代职业技术学院为例,提出高职教育实习基地建设的基本构想。在实践中应充分利用现有资源,营造真实的职业环境;加大投资力度,建立校内实训中心;建设相对稳定的校外实训基地。在管理中要健全以实训中心为核心的基地管理模式,加强“双师型”实训教师队伍建设和实训教学的教材建设,将职业道德教育融入教育过程中。

| Abstract: | Taking Jiangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College for example,the article sets forth the plan for the construction of practical training base in higher vocational education.We should make full use of current resource,create real professional environment,strengthen the investment,construct practical training center inside school,build steady practical training base outside school.In the couse of manage-ment we should establish the pattern of management taking practical training center as orientation,en-hance the construction of"doucble type"teaching staff and teaching materials,merge professional ethics education into the course of education. |
