| 摘 要： | 为帮助聋生在竞争激烈的社会里能更好地就业,必须通过建立多层次的职教体系,优化职教课程的结构,着力开发职教校本课程等途径让聋生获得多元就业的技能;还要通过培养聋生的沟通交往技能,增加社会实践活动等方式,提高聋生的社会适应能力;更要注意通过抓聋生的职业道德教育,开设就业指导课,建立职后培训制度等形式帮助聋生开拓就业途径,提高就业的能力。

| Abstract: | In order to help the deaf find jobs easily in this rival society, skills of many kinds should be emphasized in terms of establishing the system of vocational education of all levels, bettering the structures of curricula and developing school-based curricula. Ability of adapting to the society should be improved by training their communicative skills and increase social practical activities. Ability of finding jobs should be improved by paying attention to vocational moral education, setting the curriculum of guiding to find jobs and establishing the system of post-professional training. |
