| 摘 要： | 高校学习型党组织建设存在着党组织成员学习动机不强,学习内容缺乏更新,学习形式老套陈旧,学习管理机制不稳等问题。高校应在了解个人学习与团体学习相结合,理论学习与实际教学和科研工作相结合,文化建设与营造浓厚学习氛围相结合,理论研究和理论学习创新相结合等学习型党组织基本要求的基础上,明确学习目的、合理安排学习内容、创新学习方法、完善学习机制。
