摘    要:“养廉”方面,苏宗经首重“养胆”。先是“最宜苦处能尝胆”,养成一份敢言贫穷的胆量之后,“见义尤应奋”,士人还须具有自觉的胆略,敢于任事,实现“廉吏何尝不可为”的抱负!其次。苏宗经倡导士人要管好自身的口、腹,“清贫本是素餐人”,做到不为物役。最后,苏氏“养康法”的逻辑就在于,处理好了“三池”(胆、口、腹),一个人才能解放自身,确保“一点丹心正不偏”,为民众做实事I并在家有“三声”(书声、织声和孩儿声)和“三乐”(生为男子、当太平世和家无病人)的状态下,做到知足常乐。

Abstract:In being honest and clean, firstly, Su Zongjing paid special attention to the courage, and with it he dare say he was poor, and he also thought scholars must be bold enough to do their work. Secondly, he ad- vocated that scholars should control their own mouths and abdomen, not driven by material things. Finally, he believed that only by handling well "sanchi" (courage, mouth, abdomen), a man could liberate himself and do practical work for the people, and he could be a happy person who was content.
