| 摘 要： | 完善大学校长成长的体制环境,对深化高等教育改革,促进大学创新发展具有十分重要的意义。构建科学的校长选拔制度,进一步完善党委领导下的校长负责制,形成合理的校长培养机制和有效的监督机制,是完善大学校长成长体制环境的有效举措。

| Abstract: | Improving the institutional environment for the growth of university presidents is of great significance for deepening the reform of higher education and promoting the university innovation development. It 's basic on constructing the scientific president selection system and perfecting the system of president responsibility under the leadership of the party committee that form a reasonable president developing system and efficient control system. |
