| 摘 要： | 从现代教育发展需要的角度出发,全面、系统地分析什么是校园网,为什么要在普通高校建立校园网,校园网的应用方向和目标,校园网建设中普遍存在的误区和问题,校园网建设应遵循的原则等方面进行阐述.最后总结出普通高校校园网建设思路和指导思想,为下一步得出适合当前现代教育需要的、具有一定代表性的高校校园网总体设计、解决方案打下基础,拿出具体实施方案.
