| 摘 要： | 目的:揭示急性心理应激对不同神经类型青少年射击运动员免疫机能的影响。方法:用808神经类型评定量表测定神经类型,以心算为急性心理应激,用免疫组化法测定T淋巴细胞亚群的百分比,比浊法测定免疫球蛋白的含量。结果:急性心理应激后,不同神经类型的运动员细胞免疫反应有差异,强型组的TCD4 百分比、TCD4 /TCD8 比值高于弱型组,差异显著;急性心理应激后,不同神经类型运动员体液免疫反应有差异,强型组的IgA浓度显著性高于弱型组。结论:急性心理应激能引起免疫抑制;在急性心理应激情景下,不同神经类型运动员免疫反应不同。

| Abstract: | Aim:To discover immunological reactivity in response to an acute psychological stressor of junior shooters with different nerve types. Methods:27 junior shooters as objects,whose nerve types were measured according to 808 nerve types questionnaire. Using turbidimetric immunoassay method and biotin-stretavidin-peroxidase(S.P) method respectively,the investigator measured the immunoglobulin concentration of G,A,M and T-lymphocyte subsets percentage. Result:Percentage of (TCD_4)~ and (TCD_4)~ /(TCD_8)~ in the group of high K score athletes decreased significantly more than that of the low K score group in response to the stressor. Being on acute psychological stress,the IgA concentration in the posttest changed by the influence of the nerve types,which was higher in the group of high K score than in the low groug significantly. Conclusion:Acute psychological stress restrains immune reaction in junior shooters;in response to an acute psychological stressor,different nerve types have different immune reaction. |
