| 摘 要： | 航标监控系统是一个系统工程,涉及卫星定位、地理信息、数据库、计算机软件等部分。基于对航道信息化和智能化管理的探索,对航标监控系统中监控中心的数据库设计和程序设计进行了较详细的讨论,并以软件界面对系统的主要功能做了简单介绍。
