| 摘 要： | 本文着重分析了在理解《避碰规则》第15条“交叉相遇局面”中存在的一系列问题以及在船舶碰撞诉讼中存在的有关争议。并就应如何正确理解“交叉局面”条款以及如何避免“交叉局面”中的船舶碰撞作了系统的探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses a series of questions arising from the concept of "crossing situation" in Rule 15 of the INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS FOR PREVENTING COLLISION AT SEA, 1972, as well as some relative disputes in ship collision cases.
The paper further sheds light on the definition of "crossing situation" and studies how to prevent collision in the crossing situation. |
