| 摘 要： | 一国金融监管模式的选择取决于该国特有的经济、文化、法律习惯等历史条件。不同的国家金融监管模式亦不尽相同。既有分业监管，又有统一监管。在统一监管中监管当局是否与央行分离，各国做法不一样。金融监管模式是一个动态过程，不同国家甚至同一国家，不同时期的金融监管模式差异性也较大，并且处于不断完善的过程中。

| Abstract: | The option of financial superintendence patterns of a country depends on the historical conditions such as peculiar economy, culture and legal habit, etc. in this country. There are different financial superintendence patterns in different countries as divided superintendence and unified superintendence. Central bank splitting or not with authorities in unified superintendence also is different in various countries. Financial superintendence pattern is a development process. The discrepancy of financial superintendence pattern is greater in different countries, even at different times in the same country, which is in a constantly perfect process. |
