| 摘 要： | 介绍了工业工程基础工作研究技术与ECRS原则相结合，生产线平衡技术在制造业生产力提高过程中的应用：将工作流程中的动作分解，制成时间观测表；对比改善目标，确定关键改善作业：运用山积表将改善方向清晰化，确定出效益最大的生产线改善方案。

| Abstract: | This thesis introduces the combination of basic work research technology in industrial engineering and EACR principle, and the application of comprehensive production line balance method in the process of manufacturing productivity improment. The paper decomposes the moves in workflow, makes observing time table, then the key improving operations can be identified as compared with the targets for improvement. Bar-chart are used to clear the improvement direction, and production line improvement program are chosen to maximize efficiency. |
