| 摘 要： | 智力资本是一种重要的组织知识资产。本研究将智力资本概念引入技术创业研究中，采用多层次问卷测量法，开发和检验高技术企业创业智力资本结构模型，以更好地反映高技术企业创业智力资本概念构思，并指出创业智力资本的积累和变化显著影响创业成长。

| Abstract: | Intellectual capital is an important organizational knowledge asset.The study investigated small and medium technology new firms via multilevel behavioral questionnaires,and validated the structural dimensions of entrepreneurial intellectual capital,and verified the dynamic change of entrepreneurial intellectual capital under different entrepreneurial stage. |
