影响高校教师岗位津贴分配的因素分析

摘    要:本文利用作者第一手教师工作业绩数据,回归分析了工作业绩和个人特征(职称、职称资历、年龄、管理职务和学历)对高校教师岗位津贴分配的影响。通过实证分析发现,在全体教师中教师工作业绩是影响岗位津贴分配的主要因素;而在职称相同的教师中,工作业绩对教师岗位津贴分配的影响不是最主要的影响因素。职称和职称资历依然是影响教师岗位津贴分配差异的主要因素。总的来说,岗位津贴制度比旧的工资制度进步,但仍需要进行完善和改进。

Abstract:The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the relations between the new compensation system based on positions in Chinese universities and teachers' performance.Data from a survey of teachers in a famous university are used in a series of regression equations to estimate the determinants of salary difference in the new compensation system.Based on the research of the former and theory of incentive mechanism and compensation,the research arrives at some valuable conclusions.The performance of teachers last year made remarkable effects on the income distribution in the new compensation system.The title of teachers in universities is the foremost factor in determining the income distribution in the new compensation system.
