| 摘 要： | 针对军用软件项目管理中进度控制困难的问题，在分析挣值管理理论的基础上，建立了军用软件项目挣值管理流程。研究了基于成本的进度控制方法，提出了基于绩效偏差阈值与关键路径的进度控制算法，并在实际项目中进行了应用。实践结果证明了算法的有效性，对于加强军用软件项目进度管理、提高项目管理质量有一定参考价值。

The Study of Military Software Project Earned Value Management Based on Performance Deviation Threshold |

| Abstract: | Due to the difficulties of the military software project schedule control, based on the analysis of Earned Value, and according to the background of the military software project management, this paper established the workflow of the military software project management based on Earned Value, and studied the schedule control method, proposed a meth- od based on performartce deviation threshold and critical path. And it was used in an actual project. The results show that the method is valid and provide useful reference for improving the quality of military software project management. |
