图书情报机构人力资源开发中的文化运作方式

摘    要:介绍图书情报机构文化建设中“以人为本”的理念的内容,并从吸引、录用、保持、发展、评价和调整6个环节阐述图书情报机构人力资源开发过程中的文化运作方式,认为从文化建设的角度来看,图书情报机构在人力资源开发过程中,不但要注意吸引人才、使用人才和留住人才,而且要注重培养人才、促进人才的成长和发展,这样才能体现“以人为本”的图书情报机构文化管理的宗旨与目标。

Abstract:This article introduces the people-oriented theory in the culture construction of the library information department from 6 aspects, including attraction, employment, maintenance, development, evaluation, adjustment and their functions in exploring human resources in library information department. From the view point of the culture construction, the library information department not only needs to pay attention to attracting and makeing a full use of the talented persons, but also to boosting their development in the process of human resource exploration.
