| 摘 要： | 促进家园共育是幼儿园工作的重要组成部分，国民对学前教育重要性的认识逐步提高与家长素质的稳步提升，需要我们深化家园共育的内涵，改进家园共育的模式，提高家园共育的质量。本文即是对该问题的一个思考，设想通过建设“家庭小队”这样一种组织机制来回应当前家园共育的时代要求。

| Abstract: | It is an important part of the kindergarten work to promote joint education of family and kindergarten.The gradual improvement of people's cognition towards the importance of pre-school education and the steady promotion of parents' quality requires us to deepen the connotation and improve the mode as well as promote the quality of the joint education of family and kindergarten.The thesis is a consideration of the issue in response to the era demand for joint education of family and kindergarten through the construction of an organic mechanism named Family Teams. |
