| 摘 要： | 《大学英语课程教学要求》提出的新的教学规定突出听说能力的培养和教学。顺应要求，出现了以听说为主的新的教学模式。通过论证这种新的教学模式的理论依据以及实施的技术环境，说明此教学模式的可行性。

| Abstract: | The new objective of college English set up by College English Curriculum Requirements attaches more importance to improve listening and speaking skills.So a new teaching model of reinforcement of listening and speaking content is required.This paper tries to provide a rationale for the applicability of the new teaching model from the perspectives of the basic learning conditions and technical support based on the multimedia and Internet. |
