远程学习者学习适应性的影响因素分析

摘    要:本文首先介绍学习适应性的定义,指出其在远程教育中的重要作用。在文献调研的基础上分析我国在远程学习者学习适应性领域目前的研究现状。然后笔者对国内外远程学习适应性的研究结论进行整理分析,总结其特点:远程学习者学习适应性影响因素与技术紧密联系,研究因素的范围越来越全面。接着将国内外关于"远程学习者学习适应性"的研究成果进行对比分析,解析二者的异同点:关注的轻重点大范围相同,但具体研究的内容有所不同。横观对比表,笔者将我国远程学习者学习适应性的影响因素分为客观因素和主观因素。纵观对比表,笔者将客观因素总结为直接客观条件(包括学习者基本特征、身心健康)和间接客观条件(教学人员、课程和教学机构)。主观因素分为学习理念、学习能力和学习环境。

Abstract:This paper firstly touches upon the definition of learning adaptability, and attaches great importance to its role in distance education. Then it makes a literature review of researches in this area, and finds out that: 1) its study domain has been enlarged with the integration of influential factors with technology; 2) while there are similarities between China and other countries in terms of their research themes, their specific research contents are different from each other. Finally the paper categorizes factors into two-objective and subjective ones, the former of which are subdivided into direct components including learner’s individual features, physical and mental health status, and indirect ones containing teaching staff, course and teaching organization; the latter of which cover learners’ beliefs, their learning ability and learning environment.
