| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the tendency such as following the steps of time, being integrated, putting into practice, relapsing the traditions in mortal- education work in foreign countries the mortal education ought to make a great changes in varies ways, form the subjeets to the objects; from the means to the aims; from the forms to the contents; from the directions to the effectiveness, etc. therefore the new view on mortal education should be written out. |
