| 摘 要： | 民办学校知识管理就是综合运用民办学校组织所具有的内外教育资源，通过建立基于学校政务和职能的知识挖掘和知识共享体系，以最大化对知识及有知识的教职员工的尊重，最大化学校知识的价值，从而提高民办学校适应市场的应变能力和创新能力，保持并提升学校的核心特色力的一场管理文化变革。在实际管理运作中，它强调学校知识文化的创新价值，借助于学校知识经营策略，达到整体上对知识的管理带动民办学校的繁荣发展。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management in non-governmental schools is a change in management culture. It requires that educational resources both inside and outside of the non-governmental schools should be made comprehensive use of. Knowledge excavation and knowledge sharing system related to the affairs and functions of the schools should be established. Meanwhile, respect to knowledge, the faculty and value of school knowledge should be maximized so as to improve the creativeness and the adaptability to the market and to maintain even to enhance the core characteristics of the school. In the management practice, it stresses the creative value of the school's culture and knowledge, so that the management and the strategy of school knowledge can help to prosper and advance the non-governmental schools. |
