| 摘 要： | 朋辈心理辅导作为大学生心理健康教育的重要方式之一,也是心理健康教育体系的有益补充,具有朋辈认同感、方便易行和缓解师资不足等优势。但目前许多高校的朋辈辅导存在机制不健全、专业性不够、辅导形式单一等问题,如何有效地开展朋辈心理辅导、提升辅导的质量与效率,势在必行,本文从两种模式和三种途径的角度对高校有效实践朋辈心理辅导进行了个人思考。

| Abstract: | Peer counseling,as one of the important ways of mental health education for college students,is also a useful supplement to the mental health education system.The advantage is similar age,convenience and ease the shortage of teachers.How to effectively carry out peer counseling and improve the quality and efficiency of counseling is imperative.This paper makes personal reflection on the effective practice of peer counseling in colleges and universities from two modes and three ways. |
