| 摘 要： | 班级是辅导员进行日常管理和思想政治教育的基本单位,但在班级建设中还存在班级概念淡化、学生心理互依性缺乏、管理制度不完善等问题。将“三全育人”理念运用到班级建设中,能够凸显全员、全过程、全方位的优势,弥补辅导员班级建设工作的不足,立足学生全面长期发展,拓展育人方式,推动全员参与班级建设,提升班级建设和育人实效。

| Abstract: | Class is the basic unit for counselors to carry out daily management and ideological and political education.However,there are still some problems in class construction,such as class concept is fading,students'personality is constantly enhanced,and the control system is not perfect.Applying the concept of all-round education to the class construction can make up for the deficiency of the counselor's class construction,improve the class construction and the effectiveness of education. |
