体验式教学对护生人文关怀能力培养的探索与实践

摘    要:本文相关课题研究对我校910名中职一年级护生进行了人文关怀能力量表(CAI)问卷调查,结果显示:人文关怀能力总分为(178.27±21.69)分,低于国际常模。由此可见,我校中职护生人文关怀能力总体水平偏低。针对这一问题,我校积极采取干预措施,采用体验式教学法提高护生的人文关怀能力。

The Exploration and Practice of Experiential Teaching on the Cultivation of Humanistic Care Ability of Nursing Students

Abstract:In this paper,910 nursing students in the first grade of secondary vocational school were investigated with the CAI questionnaire.The results show that the total score of humanistic care ability is(178.27±21.69),which is lower than the international norm.It can be seen that the overall level of humanistic care ability of nursing students in secondary vocational school is low.In view of this problem,we actively take intervention measures and adopt experiential teaching,in order to improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students.
