| 摘 要： | 现阶段的发展形势下,新时代地方高校党建带团建的工作需要进行不断的优化和创新,高校在团的建设改革上要做出进一步的探讨和制定出新方案,在改革上应该注重逻辑的发展,遵循从上到下的监督机制,进行内部的自我审视,并且结合外部的资源优势共同推进高校的团建工作。根据高校内部党建与团建的关系来看,高校团建仍然存在一定的问题,在权限、资源以及实施方面都有一定的困境,分析其具体的原因,主要体现在不同的阶段,每一个阶段面临的挑战也不尽相同。因此本文从高校团建的改革逻辑出发,对其党建带团建工作的优化与创新进行研究。

| Abstract: | Under the current development situation,the work of leading League building with Party building in local colleges and universities in the new era requires continuous optimization and innovation.Colleges and universities should make further discussions and formulate new plans on the reform of League building,and they should focus on logic development in the reform,follow the top-down supervision mechanism,conduct internal self-examination,and combine the advantages of external resources to jointly promote League building in colleges and universities.According to the relationship between Party building and League building in colleges and universities,there are still some problems in the League building of colleges and universities.There are certain difficulties in terms of authority,resources,and implementation.The specific reasons are analyzed,and they mainly occur at different stages.The challenges faced at the stages are also different.Therefore,starting from the reform logic of League building in colleges and universities,this paper studies the optimization and innovation of leading League building with Party building in colleges and universities. |
