| 摘 要： | 植物细胞有丝分裂活动是有节律性的，受生物钟的制约。观察植物细胞的有丝分裂，常用的实验材料是洋葱根尖。在不同的时间剪下的洋葱根尖，实验的效果不一样。用不同浓度的龙胆紫染色液染色装片。实验的效果也不相同。植物细胞有丝分裂除受生物钟制约外，与环境温度也密切相关。

| Abstract: | The activity of plant cell mitosis is rhythmic, and restricted to its biological clock. We usually use allium cepa root tip, as experimental material to observe the plant cell mitosis. It will get consistency of gentian violet to stain and sectioning at different times. Besides biological clock, plant cell mitosis is also connected much to the environ- mental temperature. |
