| Abstract: | According to theory of system innovations and industrial cluster,this paper brings forward nine conceptions in policy-making,risk investment mechanism setting,cultural industry cluster building,creative industry park establishing and alike.In particular,this paper has presented the conception of promoting cultural animation industry on the basis of advertising industry. |
