| 摘 要： | 会展旅游已经成为当今世界旅游业的一个新兴的商务旅游形式,越来越受到世界各国的重视。当前的会展业有从核心向边缘扩展的趋向。很多小型会展活动在价格、交通、逐步改善的服务设施和弹性模式等诸多因素的影响下向中小城市转移。中小城市并非不可以发展会展业,关键在于如何定位和怎样发展。以怀化市为例,重点探讨了中小城市发展会展旅游的必要条件、运行机制。

| Abstract: | MICE tourism, a newly emerging form of comprehensive business tourism,has been arousing more and more interest in many countries and cities with its unparalled advantages compared with conventional tourism.This paper mainly discusses conditions, management organism and measurement of MICE tourism in a middle or small city. After analysis of tourism industry in huaihua city, we comes to a conclusion that Huaihua is fully capable of being built into a city of regional MICE tourism centre. A series of suggestions are given on how to develop Huaihua's MICE tourism in terms of administrative organization, hardware construction, human resources cultivating and market promotion,ect. |
