| 摘 要： | 个体的行为受心理活动的制约。心理结构发生变化，就必然会引起个体的行为方式及结果发生变化。研究将理论应用于投掷技术教学实践，在教学中使学生形成一定的心理定向，把学习动作技能与大脑皮层运动中枢对动作的指挥要求结合起来。结果表明：在教学过程中建立速度定向，有利于学生连贯流畅地完成技术动作，增加速度利用率，从而提高教学效果。

| Abstract: | Individual' behavior is restricted by psychology.The research applied the theory into the practice of javelin teaching,helped the students form a certain psychological orientation so that movement techniques are linked to the brain instructions.The results indicate that speed orientation helps students complete their technical movements fluently and increase the speed use,thus improving the effect of javelin teaching. |
