| Abstract: | Teaching for the practical usage has two kinds of meaning, that is, teaching for the practical usage and learning for the practical usage. It not only adapts to the development of higher vocational education but it is an exploration into the principle of running higher vocational colleges as well. It is essential for higher vocational colleges to show their characteristics and develop gradually. |
