| 摘 要： | 东盟区域龙狮运动发展的伦理规范建构是其困境和问题的使然,是中华文化"走出去"战略、东盟社会文化共同体的建设等环境与机遇的必然,更是龙狮运动项目特质和社会价值功能发挥的内生应然,其发展需乘势借力"一带一路"倡议中共生包容、文化认同、互利共赢的重要文化动力,建构一种相互尊重、平等合作、共同发展、百花齐放、共享共赢的伦理规范来解决当前存在的问题。在伦理规范建构的内容中,根据东盟区域政治、经济、文化发展环境,考虑文化认同的影响因素和实际情况,形成系统可行的伦理规范,包括理顺关系和正本清源、共同维护和尊师重道、求同存异和多元创新、规范发展和礼法合治、完善制度和和合共生、科学规划和共享共赢等内容,以此推动东盟龙狮运动的规范、良性发展,促进龙狮运动的国际化传播。

| Abstract: | In the ASEAN region,the ethical norm construction of the development of dragon and lion dance is the result caused by its dilemmas and problems,the inevitable product prompted by environment and opportunity of the Belt and Road Initiative.And it is also a reflection of the traits of the dragon and lion dance project and social value function.Its development needs the important cultural power of the Belt and Road Initiative including symbiosis and tolerance,cultural identity and mutual benefit.To solve the current problems,we should construct a kind of ethical norms of mutual respect,equal cooperation,common development,a hundred flowers blooming,and sharing and win-win situation.Considering the political,economic and cultural development environment of ASEAN,especially the influencing factors and actual conditions of cultural identity,the author puts forth the systematic and feasible ethical norm contents for the development of ASEAN dragon and lion dance,which includes rationalizing the relationship and the source of the dance,mutual maintenance and respecting teachers,seeking common ground while reserving differences,diversifying innovation,standardizing development,harmonious co-existence,scientific planning and shared victories.Thus,the ASEAN dragon and lion dance progresses to the normative and benign development so as to promote its internationalization development. |
