摘    要:研究生导师是实现研究生培养立德树人的关键,用生态观审视研究生导师立德树人责任制,有助于构建以研究生导师—高校生态环境—研究生为主体要素的多层交互系统。生态观从系统内外部分析各生态因子联系和系统间的相互关系,解决微系统信息流不畅、系统间阻碍淤积、上下级系统动态监管能力差以及系统内社会宏观把握不足的生态性缺陷问题。用生态观构建责任制对深化思想政治教育学科理论,扩展研究思维范式,发挥立德树人的人文价值具有重要效果。

Constructing Ecological View of Moral Education Responsibility System for Graduate Supervisors

Abstract:It is obvious that graduate tutors are the key to realizing graduate students moral education.There is no doubt that it is helpful to examine the moral education responsibility system of graduate tutors by means of ecological concepts.Also,it is necessary to utilize ecological analysis and construct a multiple-layer interactive system among graduate tutors,college ecological environment and graduates students.Generally,the ecological concept could analyze the relationship among various ecological factors and the interrelationship between inside and outside of the system.The purpose is to solve such problems such as poor information flow of the micro-system,obstructed communication among sub-systems,weak dynamic supervision ability,and insufficient grasp of the macro-society.Therefore,it is essential to create a responsibility system with an ecological view,deepen the discipline theory of ideological and political education,expand research thinking paradigms and exert the humanistic value of moral education.
