摘 要: | 课堂上各种类型的人际交往与互动决定着学生学校生活的质量,但实然的课堂上,师生互动、生生互动的表现并不令人满意.笔者通过自我研究,回顾并反思从教16年的经历,结合若干教学片段发现,实现良好的课堂互动需要教师做好三方面工作:首先,教师要改变自己的观念;其次,给予学生解释"他为什么这样想"的机会;最后,尽可能激发更多学生,以此激起课堂互动的千层浪.

Abstract: | The interpersonal communication and interaction in class can determine the quality of students'school life.But the actual classroom interaction is not satisfactory.The author carries on a self-study to review and reflect on her 16 years of teaching experience,combined with a number of teaching fragments,and comes to the conclusion that ideal classroom interaction have the following features.Firstly,teachers should change their ideas;secondly,they should provide students with an opportunity to explain"why he thinks so";at the same time,they should stimulate students as much as possible,so as to arouse the waves of classroom interaction. |
