| 摘 要： | 高等院校的无形资产从认识到管理制度等都存在不同程度的缺陷,流失严重,高校失去大量的无形资产再创造价值的机会,这是国有资产流失的一种现象,应引起政府、高校等的重视,采取切实措施,保护高校无形资产的完整性。

| Abstract: | High college and university's intangible assets exist different level's deficiency from cognition to management system, it causes high college and university's intangible assets losing seriously.High college and university has lost the chance of using intangible assets to create value.This is one kind of phenomenon of national assets lost, it should bring the government and university's attention,and they should adopt countermeasure to protect the integrality of high college and university's intangible assets. |
