| 摘 要： | 该研究以其自行研制的膨化饲料饲喂猕猴,目的是探索一种提高灵长类动物的营养水平的饲料,以改变其现有的以米饭、窝窝头为主的传统饲料,为实现灵长类动物饲料的标准化研究奠定基础.结果表明,该膨化饲料与对照组相比,可以显著提高猕猴的增重(P<0.01),饲料消化率有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),且血液生理生理生化指标没有显著变化(P>0.05).结论:该饲料可以在灵长类动物推广应用.

| Abstract: | In this study,the long-tailed Macaque was fed by the puffing feed,with a view to finding a kind of feed with high nutrition,which may replace the traditional feed such as rice and millet and to providing a basis for feed study on other primates.The result showed that the long-tailed Macaque in the experiment group gained weight remarkably in contrast to that in the control group(P< 0.01),and the digestibility of feedstuff was improved but it was statistically insignificant(P > 0.05).What's more,no remarkabl... |
