| 摘 要： | 通过对中日社会体育指导员在培训机构与资格认定制度、培训内容与时间、培训等级与分类、培训对象与人数几方面的比较研究。建议我国社会体育指导员的培训要分级分类培养，培训内容既要重视基础理论的学习，同时也要重视专项技术与实践指导能力的培养；增加培训时间，大力提倡和培植业余、兼职的社会体育指导员以促进全民健身计划的战略实施。
