| 摘 要： | 中国和日本是东亚地区的两个经济大国，中日经贸关系的变化决定着东亚区域经济未来的格局。中日邦交正常化以来，特别是中国改革开放后，两国经贸关系不断深化，合作领域日益扩大，彼此的依赖关系越来越紧密。然而近几年来，两国在经贸往来中的摩擦日益增加，严重影响了双方共同的利益。因此，分析中日经贸摩擦产生的原因及寻找相应的策略成为促进中日经贸往来的当务之急。

| Abstract: | The business relation between China and Japan,as two major economic countries in East-Asia,concerns the future of East-Asia economy structure.Since China's reform and open policy,the two countries promote their business partnership with more extensive cooperation.However,the trade conflicts in recent years have negatively affected their benefits.Thus it is urgent to discover the cause for such conflicts. |
