| 摘 要： | 建设海峡西岸经济区离不开应用技术型人才的培养,更离不开高等职业教育的支撑,校企合作、工学结合是培养应用技术型人才的必由之路,打破以学校、课堂为中心的传统人才培养模式,依靠企业,充分发挥行业作用的职业教育人才培养模式正在转型.以福州职业技术学院为例,对＂工学结合＂人才培养模式进行探索与实践.

| Abstract: | The construction of Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait can not go without the support of higher vocational education, which turns out technological personnel. The collaboration between institutions and enterprises is an only way out. The traditional classroom - centered education should give way to enterprise - oriented education. This paper is an analysis of co - op programs with Fuzhou Polytechnic College as an example. |
