| Abstract: | The optical burst switching(OBS) is a promising switching mode between the optical circuit switching(OCS) and the optical packet switching(OPS),which combines the advantages of the two and overcomes their shortcomings. The concept,characteristic and key technologies of OBS are emphatically elaborated,and the research condition and the application prospect of OBS at present are also introduced. |
