| 摘 要： | 对于高校教师来讲,科研和教学投入之间具有相互替代性。近年来部份高校出于自身利益过分强调了科研成果的重要性,这就导致了对教师科研投入的强激励和对教学投入的弱激励。因而教师将大部分精力投入于科研而很少投入到教学上,这是教学质量明显下降的最重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | To university teachers,research and teaching are substitutable to a certain extent.The university authorities' emphasis on research productivity at the expense of teaching over the years has been coupled with more incentives for research and less reward for teaching.As a result,many teachers have devoted most of their energies to research while neglecting teaching.This is one of the major causes of the declining teaching quality. |
