| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是钢铁企业突破资源环境制约、实现可持续发展的有效途径.科学评价钢铁企业循环经济发展水平既是发展循环经济的起点,又是发展过程控制的重要措施.目前关于钢铁企业循环经济发展水平评价的研究工作还做得不多.本文以攀枝花钢铁(集团)公司为背景,利用层次分析法的思想,探讨了钢铁企业循环经济发展水平评价指标体系的构建并建立了相应的评价方法.该方法对其他钢铁企业循环经济发展水平评价也具有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | The development of circular economy is an effective way to break through the limits from resources and cir-cumstance and to get sustainable development for the iron and steel enterprises. The scientific evaluation about the cir-cular economy development level is the starting point to develop circular economy for the iron and steel enterprises. It is also an important measure to control the process of circular economy development. But the interrelated study about how to evaluate the iron and steel enterprises on the level of the development of circular economy is still very poor presently. With Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Group) Corporation as the background, this article researches the method and the evalua-tion index system to evaluate the iron and steel enterprises on the level of the development of circular economy with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). It can also be used to other iron and steel enterprises. |
