| 摘 要： | 从分析成人教育人才培养目标及实验教学管理体制出发，阐述了成人教育院校实施多元化实验教学模式的必要性，提出多元化实验教学模式的实施策略为：制定多层次的实验教学内容、开展多样化的实验教学模式、构建全方位的实验教学体系。
