| Abstract: | The open universities learning design initiative project of the UK is designed to better describe, interpret, support and direct teachers＇ instructional design, which aims to motivate instructors to refer to new technology to meet the challenges of fresh concepts, teaching and learning theories, to help students in study. The author believes that the project is a significant reference to China＇s application of educational techniques. |
